PRODUCTS AND SERVICES JL Éclosion offers products related to wellness and self-care, including: Ear seeds (individual and in kits), application tools, wellness kits, body wraps, body oils, earrings and accessories, tools such as gua sha, digital products such as ebooks and guides. Product descriptions are presented as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary depending on the device, packaging may change without prior notice, results may vary among individuals, specific results are not guaranteed.
4. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure diseases, do not replace professional medical care, do not guarantee specific results. Before using any product, consult a health professional if you are pregnant, have medical conditions, have allergies, have sensitive skin. Important: Ear seeds and accessories must be removed before: X-rays, MRIs, medical procedures with magnetic equipment.
5. PRODUCT SAFETY AND CORRECT USE. Ear seeds are for single use only. Do not reuse, do not use for more than 5 days, always follow instructions for use. A patch test is recommended before use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
6. SAFETY FOR CHILDREN AND PETS. Our products may contain small parts. Keep out of reach of children and pets to prevent the risk of accidental ingestion.
7. PRICES AND PAYMENTS. All prices are in USD (United States dollars). The total purchase may include: Taxes, shipping costs, international charges, tariffs or customs duties. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
8. SHIPPING. Shipments within the United States are processed within: 24 to 48 hours and are sent via USPS. Delivery times may vary. International shipments can be made via UPS, FedEx, DHL. International times are not dependent on JL Éclosion; they will depend on the carrier and may be affected by customs. International customers are responsible for taxes, tariffs, customs fees, additional costs, customs holds. JL Éclosion is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.
9. INCORRECT ADDRESSES. The customer is responsible for providing a correct address. If the address is incorrect: The customer will be responsible for the re-shipping cost, shipping costs will not be refunded. If the package is delivered to the address provided, it will be considered correctly delivered.
10. LOST PACKAGES OR DELAYS. Once the package is delivered to the carrier: JL Éclosion is not responsible for: Delays, losses, damages caused by the carrier. If the package appears as delivered by the carrier, it will be considered delivered.
11. CANCELLATIONS. Orders can only be canceled before shipping. Once shipped, it cannot be canceled.
12. RETURNS AND REFUNDS. Returns are accepted if: Requested within 20 days, the product is unopened, has not been tampered with. If the product has been opened, a partial return may be evaluated for kits, provided that some products remain unused, a partial refund may be evaluated. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
13. DAMAGED PRODUCTS. If a product arrives damaged, the customer may request a replacement or refund. Photographic evidence may be requested.
14. DIGITAL PRODUCTS Some products sold by JL Éclosion include access to digital content, user guides, or educational materials that are delivered via electronic links after purchase. These materials may include: User guides, eBooks, protocols, illustrated instructions, supplementary educational material. Access to this content is exclusive to the customer who made the purchase. It cannot be shared, copied, or distributed without authorization, nor can it be resold or reproduced in any format. Digital content is for educational and wellness purposes only and does not replace professional medical care or should be used as a diagnosis or medical treatment. Once the digital link is delivered, digital products are not refundable.
15. RESULTS AND EXPECTATIONS. Results may vary. Returns will not be accepted for lack of results, personal expectations, incorrect use.
